You'll edit high-retention YouTube videos, Reels, and short-form content using creative cuts, sound design, and AI-powered editing tools — adding memes, reactions, motion effects, punch cuts, captions, and sound effects to keep viewers watching. You'll collaborate with the content and creative team to maintain brand tone, optimise pacing and hooks for retention, and stay on top of viral formats and editing trends.
